Run demo days without the clipboard
For bike shops with a demo fleet, and for brands who turn up with bikes. Slots, waivers, check-out and a clean list at the end of the day.
For bike shops
Keep demo bikes bookable in the same way as hire, with a slot and a named rider. Saturday does not have to start with a paper list.
- Timed slots so the car park and the trail are not a free-for-all.
- A waiver before the rider takes a bike.
- Check bikes out and back in as they go.
- See which demo bikes are free, out, or need a look over.
For bike brands
A brand can work their own bikes on the day without seeing another brand's riders, or your whole database.
- Brand staff log in with a PIN for the day. They do not need a full shop account.
- They only see their own bikes and their own riders.
- Rider lists are shared with a brand only where the rider has given consent.
- You still run the day. The brand does not get the rest of your customer list.
