What is Trackstand?
UK bike hire booking software for hire centres, bike shops and brands running demo fleets.
Does it work for e-bike hire?
Yes. Set up e-MTB and other bike types, and customers can filter by type.
Can I use it for demo days?
Yes. Book riders in and check bikes out and back in on the day.
How do customers pay?
By card online through Stripe, or at the desk by card machine, cash or bank transfer.
Does it work on a phone in the yard?
Yes. It runs in the browser on any phone.
Who owns my data?
You do. Trackstand is a UK company, and customer data is handled under UK GDPR.
How long does setup take?
Most centres can be taking bookings within a day once their bikes, prices and opening hours are added. We help with setup.
Do riders pay online?
Yes, by card through Stripe.
Who owns the data?
You do. Each centre's data is kept separate, and you can export it at any time.
Is it GDPR-friendly?
Yes. Waivers and marketing consent are recorded with each booking, and brands only see rider details when riders agree.
Does it work on an iPad at the desk?
Yes, it runs in any modern browser on iPad, laptop or phone, with nothing to install.
Can I import my existing fleet?
Yes, we can import your bike list from a spreadsheet.
Can I run demo days for brands?
Yes, with timed slots, waivers, a brand login by PIN and check-out and check-in at the event.
